I solo farm usin my e/d with earth, ive had 3 drops in a weekend, gave one to a guildie, i can usually kill em pretty fast, ill get my monk up there n test him out there

BTW why are peeps bringin their heroes with, not a hard run or fight? ah well their choice

I guess it is to clear the path along the way then they just flag the Heroes far away before actually farming.

I did about 4 runs with my monk didn't get anything good. Crapload of bones, crap gold protective icon and a silver dye, the rest was white and blue non max junk.

If this is nerfed then kudos to whoever got dead swords already. My luck sucks anyways.

Prices definitely are dropping very fast. I sold my req11 15^50 for 100K last week. Now saw a guy trying to sell the same thing for 45K

. It would be 10K for Req9 soon

Bah i cant seem to farm this with monk, neither can i make that supershort run....

i just get spiked if i solo run there bam from 3000 to 0 .. so i need 1 hero to be the distraction.

i use SOA monk build
PS
SOA
Sprit Bond
blessed Signet
SOJ {E}
Blessed Aura
Balthazars Spirit
and Mantra of Resolve to counter the Disrupts

Though from some reason sometimes they still interupte me with mantra on :S

And i use SOJ but they scatter and wont come back, so i can only kill the first group or tank for 25 min.... /sigh

and not even 1 gold drop..

Any1 got tips/advice?

i used that build before i tried VWK, its safer, but alot slower.

Just did this on my monk, got a req 11 gold Dead sword on my first run. Definately worth doing. Nice find.

Well, might as well post my build, I prolly wont be farmin there much anyway
Essential skills:
Glyph of Concentration
Stoneflesh Aaura
Sliver Armor (main dmg dealer)
Mystic Regen (for heals, rareley needed and can be replaced with other heals)

The other skills can be extra armor i.e. Conviction/Armor of Earth
And extra dmg i.e. Shockwave and Aftershock

The most important thing to the build is to maintain stoneflesh, if u have no armor up and lose stoneflesh, u die, usually, SO keep using glyph of conc in conjunction with Aura and Sliver

This build can solo both grps of the second wave at the same time, as well as anymore that come, just cant misclick glyph n aura, else u res n retry, but on the plus side, when u get it down, u can finish a farm run with zero deaths, and in around 30min, so rezone n do it again till u get one

Here is my 55 monk build:

- Protective Spirit
- Healing Breeze
- Mantra of Resolve
- SoJ
- Smite Hex
- Blessed Aura
- Baltharar Spirit
- Mending

Attributes:

-Smiting Prayers: 16
-Healing prayers: 11
-Protection prayers: 10
-Divine favors: 10
-Inspiration: 4

few important tips to make this work quickly:
-I bring a BIP necro to help me run to the portal and give energy reg after I cast 2 maintained enchantments so that I don't need blessed signet. Flag him right at the portal after that of course.
-If you get the quest and failed, next time you go there just wait for the King to be slain. Then kill the first group. After that proceed immediately to the other end of the hill so that you don't fight 2 groups at the same time.
-Cast smite hex whenever its recharged. 90 damage per mob is really a lot.
-Move closer to casters so you get deal more damage with smite hex
-If any melee scatters, just wand him and he will come back.
-If there are only 3,4 melee mobs, you only need 1 SoJ and 2 Smite Hex to finish a group.

With this build, I've never failed unless I sleep why playing

so i decided to try this farm out again for the first time in about 2 weeks and got a max req11 15^50 on first try lol. if anyone wants to try a SoA build this is what i use with a 55 monk:

-> PS
-> SoA
-> SoJ
-> Arcane Echo
-> Smite Hex
-> Mantra of Resolve
-> Blessed Aura
-> Balth's Spirit

14 Prot (with +4 scalp)
13 Div (but cast Blessed Aura with a +4 div scalp)
14 Smite
3 Healing
1 Inspiriation

what i usually do is use wurm spoor then use junudu tunnel on the way to the shattered ravines. kill 1st group in quest then move south towards spawn point, take out 2 groups coming from the east, then take out the 2 groups north and ur done. i did make a proper guide a while ago but that was for guildies...but this is all you need really

answer: yes.

I used this:

16 Earth
13 e storage

kinetic armor
armor of earth
aura of restoration
stone daggers
sliver armor
crystal wave
earth attunement
ether renewal

Cast kinetic/armor of earth/attunement/restoration, run up and put sliver armor up, stone dagger spam to keep up health, and when low on energy put up renewal and spam stone daggers.

If you're in need for some bones for your Primeval armor, this farm is also very good. Made around 600 bones in under 2 hours.
